The bedroom, No 303, had been recently updated and the look was very good. It also had a small table, 2 chairs, and a welcome tray. There was a bar and restaurant on site, and free parking.
Although the bedroom had been updated there was some minor finish problems. Ie it lacked any towel rails.

Good location at heart of village. Pleasant staff.
Room was a bit noisy - close to a road. Central heating didn't come on early enough in the evening

Do not stay in this hotel - I have never come across a similar set of couldn't-care-less staff with zero interest in their guests. No one is in charge. Customer service is poorly handled. Cushendall is lovely. Suggest you look for a nice b&b instead.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The location was close to the beach, golf course and marina.
1. The hotel lost our booking. 2. The first room given to us was poor; bed was uncomfortable, room situated over kitchens with vents and air conditioning outside our window, noise of kitchen staff and equipment was very disturbing. 3. Moved to an acceptable room at front of building but a lot of traffic noise.

The fact that the stay ended!
The price-Way over priced Damp and condensation in the bedroom Rude staff The fact that there was no TV remote The single glazed windows which meant we could hear every noise from outside The food was very average

Poor quality of fit-out. Rotting single glazed wooden windows in bedroom which would not close properly allowing disturbing traffic noise at all hours. Condensation running down the inside of the windows. Bed which had uncomfortable springs. This is a budget hotel and not worth the £85 b&b cost and is over rated.

The staff were so friendly and so nice and helpfull..They would have done anything for us..The town of Cushendall is a sweet and friendly place to stay.. The people of Cushendall were the nicest we ever met....
Well the room was very disappointing we got a look at the other rooms and they were much nicer..and they had a double bed and a single bed which we would have prefered...we had 3 single beds, for myself my husband and my teenage son, a bathroom door that did not close and a room door that needed a good strong shove or pull to open..a bit like fawlty towers...
